"The world of Ramen" that's my first impression of Ajisen. I can say that this specialized Chinese noodles (or so called ramen) restaurant is reasonably priced and very popular amongst the Japanese and Singaporeans. The restaurant has a menu of more than 30 dishes, for example the "Tonkotsu", which is famous for its rich tonkotsu soup; made from shimmered and buttered pork ribs that is placed in a broth. The soup is served with wheat noodles that are tender and chewy in your mouth. And because the soup is made from pork ribs that are simmered for 30 hours, it has milky color. The soup is rich in protein!
