THE PROCEDURE FOR ARRIVAL
Changi Airport's procedure is very tight. Not only visa preparation, but also passengers should have a Fever Vaccination Certificate (If you are arriving within six days of passing through areas endemic for Yellow Fever only). If they don't have, then they will be charge for a specious vaccination. About immigration, passengers can apply for a personalized access card at either the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA) building or at the access card counter in terminal 2.
